Does any one find the new d22 have loud engine noise coasting down the freeway approx 100?? or is just mine.

Yep, mine too. More of a resonating noise from the engine. I usually just speed up a little or slow down a touch and it goes away.

Mine doesn't go away, if I coast it's there. If I increase or decrease power it goes away. Sounds like injectors or tapets. I spoke to two Nissan service centers and they said the navara d22 was a loud engine. I drove home tonight with the radio up and it was ok but between songs I could hear it. It's really friggin annoying.

I just assumed all diesels do it. But I'm not really sure.

I have done over 200,000km's in mine so you get use to it. Lol.
