New turbo

I need a new turbo, I found a IHI(same as my old one), second hand but brand new for 500$.
Is that a good deal?
Otherwise I was looking at cctturbo, 650$ brand new.
Any help would be appreciated.

Yes $500 is awesome if it is new. They go for $1200 new.
