so im pretty much screwed looks like im on the hunt for a new diff
New second hand Front diff now wont disengage 4x4

It'd be worth having a chat to the guys that supplied the new diff. They might come to the party - at least partway - which is better than nothing.

yeh i sent them a email today to see what they say the warranty was 3 months but i had it sitting at home for a bit over 3months before installing it .

Problem solved the front diff was the wrong ratio the crew at niss4x4 in vic were good they sent me up another diff no dramas
