Hey all,
I just stumbled across this site online and thought i'd jump in and introduce myself. I'm Steven from Rugged Rocks Off Road over here in the states and i Wheel a '90 Nissan Pathfinder with a straight axle conversion.

Details on the build are here:

Winter is just finishing up here and i'm looking forward to getting out on the trail a ton this coming summer.

Hi Steeevo, great to have you on here. I've seen the crawlernews blog before and I reckon you do a great job with it.

You lucky Americans have access to plenty of D44 wagoneer axles so there's so many SAS'd HBs/Pathies over there... We can't get those left hand axles so easy.

I found the pathfinder to hardbody body swap on crawlernews quite interesting. We don't get a SWB navara over here, so if we wanted one we'd have to take the same path with a pathfinder chassis.

hi all, it's been many years since I've been on this forum!
I just wanted to peek in and say hi and respond to the SAS comment here.
A lot has actually changed as far as SAS axles go in the last fgew years.

We've actually started using a fabricated front housing with Dana 60 steering components.

Here is a picture of my pathfinder as it sits now:
