Hi all.
I have just joined and I need some help my ute is a 11/2012 d4o st vsk model I was wondering what needs to be done to block the egr valve and not cause any alarm code issue's
And has any one had any issues with the Iron man bullbars and suspension etc.
Your assistance and advice is much appreciated.

Hi and welcome.
Firstly ironman products are good value for money, I looked at their bullbars too but decided for and extra $100+ I could get the MCC which personally I liked more. Suspension wise I heard that there is better out there but it still depends on your budget. Zordo on the forum specializes in lifts and upgrades. I got a quote and when the time comes will most likely deal with him.

Thanks for the quick reply I will look at the mcc stuff as there head office is near one of my offices I will try and contact Zordo for a quote on the suspension some people are telling me a max lift of 40mm on the Spanish models others are saying 50 is ok. I have been reading about the egr mod I will do it and see how it goes.

Welcome to the forum.

The issue with the front suspension is a combination of UCAs and CV angles. Calmini produce a kit that lowers the diff and with modified upper control arms you can get 125mm of lift.

Thanks for the info I have ordered a EGR plate of ebay.
I am looking at importing some Bilstein struts and shocks from a friend in the U.S and some total chaos upper control arms I have to clear some stuff from the garage and driveway first.
