Part of the timing chain is single row and no substitute for a high quality duplex chain. However longevity will be dependent on how it's driven, under what circumstances and the oil change/ service record.
I know first hand of two D40s, an 09 with over 100K on the clock and another 06 with well over 200K on the clock and no noise at all from the timing chains.

Don't even worry about it mate. People out there are making it out to be a big deal but it really isn't. I give my navara hell, and the state of all my timing gear at 180.000kms was mint! I was furious that I listened to the Internet ********.
