AI. going by your av pic, you should fit an aftermarket turbo as the stock turbo is just up to high thrashings / rpm,s. this goes for road vehicles as well like the WRX Subaru, they fit better turbos to cope with the higher rpm,s these put out.

what happened ? did the mechanic say the same thing? concerned about the noise?

( had another guy call yesterday saying the blown turbo went through and caused his head to crack causing it to dump fluids into the cylinder)

When stripped down, a lot of debris went in, damaged 2 pistons and head. Must of been punching up debris into the head. Anyway better then new now, should be back on road Monday.

I'm not sure, I think the injectors were OK. Had them cleaned while I was at it anyway. Picking up the car in an hour or so. Been a prick working without a ute.
