Hey guys.

Looking for a way to stop my D22 going into limp mode when running 20 PSI boost.

Any easy ways to mod the sensor so it doesn't detect boost above 15PSI?

An electrical shunt or something along those lines perhaps?

Should mention this is the D22 with ZD30...

I'm no electronics engineer so I couldn't tell you the value to use, but a resistor in the return signal line will reduce the voltage (and thus the apparent value) returned by the sensor. It's the same trick they use to increase fuel pump pressure. If the signal went over 5V (which it probably won't) you could use a zener to cut the return signal voltage off, but I think a low-value resistor will probably do the trick.

Whether that will resolve the limp mode problem I couldn't say.
