Block the egr off and don't worry about it. It has a few benefits, a couple of them being better low down response and most people get better economy too. If you don't want to block it off, hit up a wrecker if you don't want brand new

Me three ^^^^ block it off at both ends and forget about it not only will you get the benefits mentioned above, but your oil will stay cleaner for longer also

Dose a D21 SD25 have a EGR fitted or not, She seems to have all the "NASA"

I used to have a mk patrol with the sd33 and it didn't have egr, so I doubt yours would have. From what I understand the sd25 was just the sd33 with 2 cylinders lobbed off lol. Easy way to tell is see if there is any pipework going from the exhaust manifold to the inlet manifold...
