Knock in front suspension

Hey all new to forum so thought you would be the best people to talk to.
Have a D22 navara and there is a knock coming from the front passenger side only when driving but wont make any noise when pushing up and down when at a stand still?? just wondering if anyone has ever heard of or had this problem. any help would be greatly appreciated.

I wonder if it's the door that needs adjustment? One of our members from Victoria had that problem with his car, not sure if he still has the vehicle as he might have learned how to use matches and flammable liquids by now.

It could be a drop link. I had one go a few years back (another car) and the service
people could not cure it. Dropped it in for an MOT (UK version of road worthy) and they
picked it up in minutes. Was about a $20 fix. Nissan on the other hand might be a bit
more expensive. Worth checking though.

Check your doors but a few of the guys have had trouble with the body mounts.Nissan replace them with Patrol body mounts.The part number for these is in the part number thread.
