So I put a deposit on a navara here in Spain, it needed a mot/itv test and full service before being delivered to me...
So I joined this forum to read about bigger tyre's ect.
Well two weeks later they hzve had to return my deposit as the Navara "died" before I got it ?
I am a member that is looking for another Truck....

Welcome aboard.

I suppose it's fortunate that it died now and not after you received it.

Other trucks will be around. Ask away, the answers are often very similar among brands anyway, so even if you choose another vehicle you'll have answers that may help you.

Your totally right... better they are stuck with it while I'm off looking for another ..
Fingers crossed 🤞 I find one soon.

Good luck on finding something even better for you.

I also live in Spain and it is difficult to find a straight clean example of any pickup , Spain does not have a much of a pick up culture or use for them ,its more van [ ie Berlingo, transit etc ] oriented , also any vehicle in Spain is expensive to purchase . I took several months and was lucky to to find my NP 300 , it had been used lightly by a garden centre owner as his personal transport.

The most numerous trucks are very battered low spec Rangers used by Iberdrola [ national power company ] which have had a hard life and are tarted/ milage adjusted up by dealers and are expensive to buy , the other alternative are a few yank personal imports and that is another huge can of worms , as the lack of "E "nos on lights for example will not allow you to register them as well as normal addon items such as towbar, spotlights , wheels will be refused [ even if a factory approved add on ..!!] as your tester will trot out that it is not "original " , shugs his shoulders says problem mister and walks away ....!!!!! .

Welcome to Spain and best of luck in your search .

So so true... I had to take my RHD English reg on back to England as Spain will Not allow it to be changed over to there reg as it "Comercial ".. over here they are often super basic trucks with most not even having A/C fitted.... but the chassis doesn't rot.
So the search continues..it doesn't help that everyone is so laid back it's really hard to even view one for sale, out of 3 I contacted only 2 bothered to answer me... took him three days to do that, said I could have a look at the truck next week ?...
