Just thought i would post up a link to a Diesel company called "Baileys Diesel Group" Who are now doing recondition injectors for most diesels including common rails and the YD25.

First of all i have NOTHING to do with this company in any way, i simpily think its a great option if you are looking for new injectors.

There "BLUEPRINT INJECTORS" come with DOUBLE the warranty of a new set of the same brand injector at less then HALF the price and also have much tighter tolerances then from new.

so click on below to go straight to there site and watch a few videos on what they do and how they do it, they are a pretty impressive company that have been around for a long time and cater for all types of diesel engines from power plants to our 4x4's

Yeah, a very good and cheap option. At around $1100 for a set, only thing you have to send your old ones in to them.

yes you do but, you can do that after you receive your new ones, and then they will send you some cash for them in return.
You can also choose not to give them yours it will just cost you a little more.

Read a lot about these guys on facebook. I liked there page and I have to admit I like what they are doing. Very tight injectors for a fraction of the price. Win win to me. Have heard some really good stories from Toyota drivers with the d4d. I will be saving for a set in the near future.

Strange that, you're buying brand new injectors and they want changeover

Dave, They are not brand new, they are reco injectors and the reason they want your old ones is to keep a supply, as they have only just started doing them for the yd25 motor they dont have enough of them.
I saw a while ago they were asking people or workshops to send them any broken or old ones and they would buy them, they were offering something like $10 per broken injector and $30 for duds.
