hey guys i wanna mount some work lights on my roll bar and i dont know how to mount it, i've looked on google and i found that you've got to buy a light bars plate and i'm not too sure if this is the way to go? other way i'm thinking of doing it is just using self tappers but i'm not too keen on drilling holes on my roll bar just in case one day i want to sell it. and as for wiring how would you ''as best as you can'' hide the wiring on the roll bar? if someone on this forum post pictures of how you mounted it and wire tucking i'd appreciate it a lot!

If you want to retain the bar then make a plate that clamps around it.

I'm not sure what the bars are worth. I know it's hard to give the D40 bars away, let alone fetch a price for one. If the D22 bars are the same, why not just have at it with the self tappers?

Hi mate I have 2 work lights on mine. I have 2 brackets welded to it like uhf antenna mounts on bull bars. My wiring is ran inside the bar than into the tub so it doesn't look untidy I just have little holes underneath the brackets. I think this is the best way possible.
