How many km's on ZD30 before replacing injectors

Hi Guys

I've clocked up nearly 125,000km's in my rig and i'm wondering how many km's people are getting before they replace the injectors in ZD30's and what symptoms engine was showing when they needed to be changed.

250k & showing no signs of needing replacing. Had them cleaned a month ago.

there is no set scheduled that i know of. most people will not replace them due to cost.
i don't know if many work shops have the gear for testing the dual stage injectors.

Only need replacing when vehicle shows certain signs (power loss, bad economy etc)

I have found a really good fuel conditioner on the net. Google 'cost effective maintenance' their additives are awesome!!

Really only a problem if you notice some issues with economy and smooth running.

Otherwise out they come and you just need to reco them then replace seals and any washers.

I had a bad fuel dose and economy went to shit. Brought and replaced them with a friend at home. 1200ks to a tank almost with the long ranger now
