Hilux rims on a nav

Anyone know if these rims will fit on my Navara D40, 2010 (Thailand)?

If not, what stud pattern, offset etc should I be looking for?

D40 has 114.3x6 stud pattern, I think the Hilux is a bit larger (similar to D22).

As above. Hilux is 6x139.7 I believe, same as d22 and nearly every other 4wd... except the d40 lol
