hi guys, got some d22 questions

hi guys im jonno from Melbourne Australia,
i was referred here form another navara forum,

anyway i am looking for a 2003-2004 model navara, turbo diesel 4x4 4 door etc

i am looking at the 3.0L motor, i have heard some bad news about the navaras motors.

can anybody tell me some things to look out with on the 3.0L engine?

Welcome mate, Like most cars i would be looking at service history if any, And if its a private buy if the owner has a clue what he,s on about. Only problem with service history is my ute doesn,t have one anymore because i do it all

Yeah well i can get some mates who are mechanics to have inspection with me

i was more concerned about some engine issues i have heard of?
i heard that their is crank and cylinder head problems is that true?

Only thing i,ve heard on here is a couple of turbos going through motor top ends, I can,t remember any posts specific to a crank issue other than a sensor

Spend some time searching and have a read, Use the advanced search and look in d22 section type in crank or head and have a read,
