hi everyone, im new to all this i just bought my first 4x4 its a 2007 d40
never been on the forums before so im excited to see what i can learn.

from what i have been reading you guys know your stuff so this is fantastic.

Whereabouts are you located in Melbourne?
Lots of trips planned for the next 6-8 months during the finer weather and you would be more than welcome by the other Vicco's who are a great bunch with a great attitude.

im from mill park. north of melbourne

i have a 2007 d40 stx with 26,000km shes pritty much brand new factory nudge bar roll bars hard lid and tow bar. i got it for a bargon price. the only thing that im a little worried about is that its a v6 petrol 6 speed manual. everyone seems to can them for bad fuel economy. i was trying to find some threads to see what kind of milage people have been getting out of them and if anyone has converted to gas? ill keep looking

mill park. i have alot to learn. my dad had a d22 str loved it i oped for the d40 because of the room in the back and i pritty much only camp and fish no serious off roading. although my friends are already trying to convince me to get it dirty and banged up.
