Hi guys my name is Fernando and live in Lima, Peru.
I have a 1995 Pathfinder (WNYD21) or Terrano which came with the Z24 carb engine. Did a swap to a TD27T (which I am in the process of rebuilding it).
Gesar box fitted Ok, but I dont know if the gear ratios between for these 2 engines were the same. I am having some overheating problems and dont know if the difference in gear ratios could be part of the problem. Both engines have almost the same power.
Would a KA24 or KA24DE fit back into my Pathy using the original gear box?
Thanks!

It's not the gear ratios causing your overheating. Follow the standard checklist for overheating problems (google it).

Yes the Z24, KA24E and KA24DE all use the FS5W71C gearbox.
