We give the pills a dip in oil, then put them in a tube and feed it into the cows throat, then pop the pill out into the lower throat, it's a slow release pill

Yeah, I just don't want my hair to fall out lol. I've done it twice today to try get it right. Thinking I might go over it tomorrow completely in brown. I can't go to work looking ranga.

What does toner do...is it like lemon juice?... might have that mixed up

Kinda, in a way. It's meant to fix the gold tones. Lemon juice is an old school way to Lighten hair. I used to do it years ago when I surfed and spent every second day at the beach lol. Put it in and gradually over time with the sun it would lighten it.
