Glow plug oil seals???

Hey guys, tried to search but couldn't find any usefull info about oil leaking from the number 4 glow plug. I see that they have a black oil seal that I assume is the issue but wanted to know if they are easy to change? Does the rocker cover have to come off or do they screw in from the outer side?

just screw in from the outside, i found out the hard way when i changed my glow plugs.
