Hey everyone ive come across and issue in my navara d40 2013 Spain Model, Lately theres been an engine light that pops up saying my glow plugs are faulty, i’ve gone ahead replaced them new glow plugs and everything but it still pops up saying it is still the glow plugs, any idea what might be the problem?

A poor electrical connection in the glow plug circuit will give a code.
The plastic fittings on the glow plug harness get very brittle and they don't hold on to the plugs very well.
That's the first thing I'd check, along with the condition of the insulation on the harness.

It's easy, just take the plastic cover off the engine (3 or 4 10m bolts, I can't remember exactly) and the glow plug wiring is easily accessible.

The connectors are fairly loose, you can move them about when connected, but if they stay clipped to the plugs they will probably be OK.
If the plastic is cracked or excessively brittle, you can carefully break the ends of the plastic parts off with pliers and crimp the connectors a little tighter.

Carefully is the important word though! I have 2 wiring harnesses, 121,000km and 345,000km, and the glow plug connectors on both are quite loose, and the plastic is very easy to break.
