believe the grande has bigger or better solenoids, and the wireless remote has a plug in dongle(whatever) thats easier to replace if needed, Thats the control box setup i have for my warn

Aparently they are not real good with their warranty, there's a fair bit of bad feed back on face book about it. I was gonna get one til i seen this. I think i'm gonna get an aldi one, they get good reviews on the hunting sites i,ve looked at.

Yeah that's what I've seen but only on the old models ie the Hercules winch. Yeah also ones are apparently great for what they are. But I haven't seen them in sale
In ages. I wonder if they are the same as the cheapey ones on eBay for $300 odd

Don't know about the ebay ones. My local aldi had them about 4 months ago, i think they were sold out by lunch time, people were walking out with 4 or 5 at a time when i was there.

I can't see also winches being any better?
For $300.00 how much can you expect. But I guess last thing i want is to be stuck out on y own and have it fail.
