Anywho I figured out the problem... If you read the instruction on the cross country 4x4 website and then look at how little I have cut out you will realise I clearly have no cut away enough haha

All fixed. Now my airbox is just contacting the intercooler one adjustment now and all okay,
Had to chop out a tonne of bonnet but all ok
