thats true. But they are a great way for your local drug dealer to CLEAN his money, Go in pump $500 or more in the machine then press collect, and bingo the payout is a cheque. Its winnings so not to much attention.




And the casino,s are the same go in and keep getting chips and drinking for the night. And when you cash in 4 or 5 grand in chips its cheque time.
