Engine RPM 4x4

Just wondering what everyones RPM sits on when doing 100km in 5th on a flat freeway ? Mine sites just under 3000 sometimes a little over depending on the grade of road, to me it seems a bti high ?

What engine, mate? Does seem a little high, but they're not built for speed. You got big tyres?

Non Turbo TD27 Diesel. Yeah bigger tyres but nothing extravagent. Since ive ha the gearbox rebuilt it seems to be using more fuel, and reeving higher.

mine sits the same too..

around 3k rpm.. standard nonturbo engine..
