Dtronic Chip- help with model

I've been offered a Dtronic chip at a great price but have a question. It came out of a 2004 Patrol ZD30 and is a model number SD-16.
My Navara is a Dec 2003 ZD30 but I can't find any info on whether this chip will work on my engine or not. Safari do not do Dtronic anymore and all my googling turned up nothing!

I have one in my 04 navara,and its a SD-725
