It can be a major hassel but in the end the laws are stacked in your favour.

If the vehicle is not as what you paid for or unsuitable for the purpose for which you brought it. I's the three R's Repair, Refund, Replace.

well I followed your advice and called Nissan customer service who must have contacted the dealer and within 15 mins I had the dealer call me and tell me he now had two roof racks in stock, I said I want a refund so he took my bank details and hopefully this will be all over in the next few weeks and ill get some rhino racks and get my services done elsewhere.

It shouldn't take more than an hour to refund your money as they have had it for months getting interest while you got stuffed around
