Much work involved in taking off the tub?

Nah only 6 mounts and fuel filler I lifted it off with a mate.

What did you do with the fuel filler with the new tray?

Sweet.... if I didn't just get a hard cover for the tub then that was my next option to build a custom tray and canvas canopy

I put a triangular section of chercker plate and fixed it to the guard
