Haha sorry mate, its one of the first things i did to the truck when i bought it, along with blocking the egr.. haha it should have read - im nowhere close to the truck to take some snaps

Hey mate, I guess just past the bottom of the doors, no more than half way up
I had to stop as I was getting into a sticky situation and then reversed out. No damage that I can see, just aired out the carpet and was all good. It was crystal clear fresh water so that was lucky.
