Hello,
Pretty new to this forum as I never had any problems with my D40.
But now after 240t km I got some problems with my EGR System.
After changing the valve I noticed a problem with my cooling system.
Long story short, the EGR cooler is broken :/.
Is there any easy way to get it out, to replace it? As the screws at the backside seem to be very tricky.
A little add:
I tried to blank the EGR system and unplug the EGR cooler from the coolant, so the runs just threw the valve. But I got an ECU error code with that. Probably I can help that out with a small (3mm) hole?
Instead of changing the whole EGR cooler?
Thanks a lot for your help,
