d22 doors rattle

Hi, does anyone know how to fix rattling drivers side door on a 2006 d22

I installed some of those roofbars that attach via gripping around the inside door rubber..... All was good until I'd go over certain bumps & I'd hear a knock/rattle like the door wasn't fully closed.... annoyed the hell out of me. Finally removed the roofbars & all is good now.....
