Best wishes from everyone down here. We are far removed from it but I for one have been listening intently to the media all day and have the same mix of emotions as when we had the big fires.

We had a whip around last week for the flood appeal and I dont think anyone would object to it going directly to you blokes in the firing line. If you dont need it just get it to somebody that does. My best mates son just moved up to Townsville, army posted him up there.
He's been there about a month and the army told them all they had to stay in town and weather through the storm.
