Usually any virus that allows you to boot can be fixed by opening "msconfig"
Just go to the start bar and type msconfig and it should appear.
After that go to the boot section and untick anything that is not microsoft or any of the drivers for hardware you have. Should work and you will be able to find out what the problem program (virus) is and where to delete it.
