I used to use this in my GQ 4.2 diesel - after the first time, I was driving down the freeway when all of a sudden I couldn't see anything behind me for the cloud of sh1t I just dumped out the exhaust - after that it ran heaps better and more power. It had done about 150,000 when I first used the CEM. I haven't used their stuff for a while as I don't do my own servicing anymore, but I do recommend it.
I used the flushing oil concentrate - just looked at their website, it's gone up in price since the days that I used it. From memory it was about $75 for the 250ml back then.
