Can you get a hold of a set of verniers.
That will tell you the exact size pipe you need.

In & Out on the CatchaCan is 19mm or 3/4
The drain/return at the bottom is 12.5mm
Is this the same as the original hose to be replaced? ?

The hose running out of the engine on my 2011 KC D40 is 16mm (5/8") and it will fit on the small forefront catch can as well with a little bit of persuasion
