Hi Jason, we just got back from a trip out to Innaminka, stayed at Wilson creek camp atNoccundra, great spot Don the new Pub owner is a great guy, and a real top mechanic. We free camp mostly, we have an Adria sall van, we left it behind the pub and went in The Navvy up to Innainka and dig tree. went via Cunnamulla and Thargo going up, and came back via Eromanga and Quilpie to Roma and then home 3500km 26 days away great country. im mapping a similar run for winter, bri, gond,cunnamulah,thargominda,inaminka birdsville....how far is big red from b'vill tho? any one know

It's about 35km from the pub

A mate and i are mapping a longer journey for late june/early july this year.

Brisbane-birdsville-marree-oodnadatta-finke-ularu-tennant crk-mt isa-longreach-rockhampton-brisbane.

All up about 7300km. Gonna smash it into 3weeks. Would be cool to meet up with a few others for a part or two of the journey.
