Another zd30 turbo question

Hi all I’m looking at changing out my turbo on my navara I got a zd30 with chip exhaust intercooler running a egt of 350 to 400 depending on how harshly I drive but just wanted boost to kick in a lil earlier.
so what’s you running and when is your boost hitting mines about 1500rpm to start moving

I used a patrol top mount with a fan under it got a yd scoop to let air in
