2012 navara TCS

Hey guys, well I have bought a brand new nav and I'm hoping to pick it up Friday after work!!
I was wondering is the traction control a 4wd type? I mean when in 4hi or low will it brake a wheel if it starts spinning and transfer power to the wheel with grip, or is it not that type of TC??

I've got a 2012 st, when changing into low4 the tcs turns I self off, but in 4high it stays on unless I turn it off. But when turned on it feels like the car just drops all the power to get traction back.

tcs works in low its the vdc that turns off, so just make sure you keep the wheels spinning long enough (2 secs) for the traction control system to engage properly, cheers.
