Thanks Tony, I contacted Forefront Industries and they are in their last month of testing for the billet turbo for the D40. I've emailed them so they can confirm a realistic date I could expect to receive, if I was to go ahead. Also saw there catch cans which I'll look to install with new oil feed lines. The turbo was $799 which already heaps cheaper than what my mechanic quoted.
