Yeah I dont want mine too low so will be great to see a set up. Hopefully my mate at PWR will come up with a good idea.

Pics would be great. Do the pipes go too low to the intercooler, I have been told it does and would love to see an under shot. My mate is a engineer for PWR so hopefully will have a PWR from mount on mine at the end of year (due to lacking funds lol).

I have 103,000km bought it at 93,000 last year and love it. Goes great and being in the motor industry I know the dealer it has had every service at and no major problems. So who has the record for the most KM's and the most KM's with out major problems. I have seen a post at 250,000km

Well I have only read about 3 on this web site so the odds are its unlucky for it to happen but just make sure services are up to date (not saying that the guys that it happened to didnt look after the d22, they were just unlucky)

Im thinking its not turbo. Maybe EGR valve (or a leak somewhere) as per the advise of a mechanic. If it was turbo it would always be there not just when cold and not depending on rev range cause as soon as its warmed up she is fine.(which I agreed with when Joshy said it). Still be nice to...

With not too many people saying that they have had one die (unlucky joshy to have two turbos and a motor) so hopefully mine with 100,000k will keep going and going and going. (with services every 5000k with good oil and filter)

Mate I work at a Car Dealership and I have seen them last 3months to 6 years and that is a good brand battery . I have personlly had some only last 12 months.

So of the 1579 (some being d40 owners) how many people have had major D22 ZD30 motor problems?? Just interest to know how many are going strong and how many have gone pop(hopefully I will never be in the pop section, touch wood) and the same with turbos.
