This is good to know i use Torque app and my R51 does similar, it hits full boost them violently goes boost -vacuum, but no change in the way car runs.

I'm on my second CCT turbo, I installed the original stage 1 about 2 years ago, it recently snapped the shaft as it seized , I can't exactly blame the turbo as the genuine turbo did the same thing.

Thing is nothing has changed on the car for nearly 2 years this turbo has been fitted, it has 3" exhaust plazmaman intercooler and pipework.

Hello Old Tony Do they have a boost cut out? I'm pretty sure it's always run that boost , especially with my chip in (which currently isn't). The little link from wastegate to electronic actuator look slightly different lengths maybe I try swap them boost may go down or up. Thanks

Thanks Old Tony Mine is 2012, after the vin no listed for recall etc, never had an issue until recently. A good spray with WD40 on the latch assembly and it seems to stay down not sure what problem is, I will have to keep eye on it.

No I use a Vgate obd2 scanner and the torque app like Old Tony. I can read FRP MAP plus more.i did try a cheaper unit first it was rubbish could not read jack. I don't trust electronics from supercentre apart from lights etc. Take it back, buy a better one.

A lot of aftermarket headlights have rubbish reflectors in them. But yeah you may want the loom. Old Joe I think my R51 lights are as good as any with 60/55 crap globes , I now use led anyway and they are great.

Hi just my input 2012 R51 pathfinder Auto Close to 180000 , I have put 2 sets of front pads, and 1 pair rotors, first were changed about 50k. I do tow 2 T camper and don't drive like nanna.

I could be wrong and need to confirm, but I'm sure mine is quite a bit more, 105000kpa about 15300psi, I think mine is around 30,000 might be the higher boost though.

Just wondering, what fuel pressures does your obd2 say you have.
