Yup, air! I know nothing of your model but try priming/bleeding the lines again! Look in the manual and see if there are any little seals in the filter they've missed or lost... check for tightness, monkeys do forget stuff, trust me I know ;) You could try the hair dryer down the inlet next...

Owch, but that's about right for what you got bloke! There are test you can do to check the coolant for gasses, try another shop and get a second opinion... If you have a "decent" toolbox and mechanical skills do the job yourself, but look into who is making the heads going back on these...

See, that's what I don't know! I thought it's just the fillerment that's used.. like metal putty that sets rock hard? Still think silicone molds for Alloy casts is the way to go! Unless these printers can squirter out that metal putty stuff or alike!
