This is a strange one.. every now and again I end up with a small puddle of coolant on the floor so I finally motivated myself to go looking for the leak.. The only place I can see where it could be coming from is the heater pipe to the head and thermostat area, orrrr from between the head and...

Oh man, I've got a 1st reverse gear selection issue, and a coolant leak that's coming from the heater pipe to head area but can't work it out.. Doesn't do it all the time, just every now and again I get a small puddle, very weird.. I pulled it apart today and can't see any real issue with heater...

Do the Fork and pivot pin also, obviously spigot and rear main :) I'd put kits through the master and slave cylinders... new hose too.. check part numbers!

I like the power train one.. With that one in that video, do the glow plugs "only stay on" as long as you hold the button down? So you'd turn the key, hit the button, start and hold for a few seconds- depending on weather...

Maybe this is a better way to go about it :) if you had a chance to build "a mild" zd how would you go about it? What would you fit?

Howdy man, where you the bloke I got the air box from for a slab? Yes mate, all going fine, touch wood lol Pretty sure mine was the ASI one also.. They have a little issue with the lower cowling mounts.. you'll need to enlarge the holes a touch, and file a touch of the cowlings mounting...
