    ANGEL EYES

Had a look last night, $500 for the pair, worth more than the car itself today! :)

hard braking in gear broke the fuel pump?... I'm assuming the mechanical pump not the in-line electric

Out of curiosity, does it still roll? even if you put the clutch in to the floor and the car isn't in gear, does it roll forward or back?

    Connector name/style?

All good mate, in all honesty, I'd just grab some 2 pin waterproof connectors from Jaycar and just replace the whole thing.. but understand you want to keep it stock

    Phone Charging

Do you have an aftermarket head-unit? - this could explain the one in the centre console not having power to the USB. As for the 12v sockets, definitely be a fuse. The one on the dash is perm powered even when the car is off.

    D40 Surging

Main one I see going wrong is the Suction Control Valve, which is relatively easy and cheap to replace. The other one which I did on my own terms was changing the intercooler pipe on the passenger side, the original rubber pipe was really soft and felt ready to split.. yours could be popped...

    Reverse camera set up

I went out through a grommet under the passenger seat and then cable tied it to the existing loom to the rear

    CCT Turbos

Much of a muchness, as long as the balancing is good and bearings etc are decent, there shouldn't be any dramas. When the inevitable happens to me, I'll prob check out GCG for a rebuild and hi-flow. I've had a good experience with them in the past. They were one of the few that wanted to work...

    CCT Turbos

You get a 12 month warranty which is good, I wouldn't be worried about the housings or blades it's more the bearings and the quality of machining that has gone into these things. Hopefully they're all just exchange units that have been cleaned up and re-conditioned to look like new.

    Battery Recommendations

This is exactly what I have in mine right now. Except my green window has a touch of green compared to yours! I left it on charge overnight and seems to have improved, but not sure how long for. Doing this as a last step before I replace.

    Battery Recommendations

I learned this the hard way when I didn't drive the ute for over a week and looks like the dashcam and wireless charger were draining the battery via the constant on power socket (one below the stereo). It barely spun over, but a petrol engine would have fired up.. the diesel with the extra...

Thanks mate, 910CCA seems huge? wouldn't the stock alternator also struggle to keep a battery that big charged? Funny you linked Batteriesdirect, that's usually where I shop

    Battery Recommendations

Hi Guys. Looks like my battery is on the brink of failure, she starts the car but drops down to 7.4v on the crank.. meaning it's only a matter of time. (Alternator is working fine) Current battery is an AC Delco with 680CCA. I really don't want to go overboard with pricing on a battery...

    Navara d40 radio

CD Changer / stacker.. Remember those things? On my Xtrail T31 (many years ago) that's what was in that plug. On my D40, maybe that's where the USB / AUX input went in, I didn't pay too much attention

    Light me up!

From the layout and the amount of chips they'd be blinding :) Hell, my H4 LED headlights can burn a hole through time, those spotties would be next level.

Good stuff mate, with those things you'll be able to see into next week. Whats the lumen output rated to?
