I run 265/70/17 allterrains , pull a 2ton caravan no problem at 100kph , I have a manual box , no overheating and the speedo is mor accurate.

D40 and Np300 are different, I bought a set of wheels and tyres of someone who had them on a d40 with no lift and no cutting ( 265/70/17 ) +15 offset BFGs A/T,, I put them on my np300 no lift , and had to get the heat gun out and some trimming,

I’m going to get a 2” lift for my Np300, looking at new wheels and tyres to , would 285-70-17 tyres fit without cutting, what offset would be better to fill out these arches ,10 or 20 , and what width of wheel would be better 7 or 8 inch ?

I have the idrive , big difference to the drive ability of the Nav,

Ours are usually on a pole 8’ up at the side of the road,

I applied Noxudol rust eater to the rear of the chassis when I got the Nav 6 months ago , I didn’t check for rust under the engine covers , I can apply it there but I’m worried about the inside of the chassis, will probably get the whole chassis done professionally, they will need it for a week...

It it ok with the writing where it is , but had to move it to the side , if I put it where it should go the letters should be to one side

It has 5 years or 100,000mls warranty , Nissan dealer has checked it and are saying that it’s ok , rust is commensurate with the age of the car , what do you think guys , looks bad to me 😩

I was fitting a city bar on the truck and found rust on the chassis, it’s going into the dealer to get checked, 17reg , 55k miles , anyone else found this

Same could be said about bull bars, a lot have the bar above the number plate , never heard of it being an issue in Scotland, maybe in the US , The camera would have to be at a very high angle to not be able to read mine

Fitted a number plate bracket LED , fitted to a switch but I’m going to get the STEDI wiring harness that taps into the full beam

Fitting these tomorrow hopefully 👍🏻
