depends how much you want to spend, budget go ironman, mid range EFS, top range go bilstein, koni or rancho. theres others that are even better but I doubt you want to spend more then $220 a corner.

few pages back a guy has 285 MTZ's on the stock wheels, fatboy has 285 KM2's on a 16x7 wheel to.

BFG AT's or ATZ 4 ribs.... problem solved.

285's fit on the stock P40 offset to so if anyone finds wheels in that sort of offset range the odds are 33"s will fit with minimal trimming.

most 15" wheels won't fit over the D22 brake calipers for starters honestly if you want that size just get a 16x7 wheel, less chance of the bead rolling off that way and it will make them look a bit fatter.

you can pretty much do it in whatever order you want with the exception of fitting bigger tyres, its going to be illegal to fit anything bigger than about a 31" tyre to a DX (QLD its +50mm on a light truck) however thats not to say we don't all go over that :wink: if you want 33"s you will...

Trouble is alot of the dealers technicians know nothing about cars and can't fix things unless the fault codes tell them what is wrong.

having them locked for the first 1000km seems a bit strange? I get massive vibrations over about 90km/h with them locked in but in 2wd so I always run them in the "Free" position.
