Yea but knowing the quality of diesel in Australia there is probably crap built up in the tank, I would be interested to see whats in the bottom of mine, probably more of an issue for CR engines though I still worry about my ZD30, injectors/fuel pumps are not cheap

played around with fuel cells at uni, they are kind of shit to be honest, would I buy one of these? no not really, would terribly inefficient, more than solar which is already bad.

aren't you guys worried about sucking up all the crap at the bottom of the tank? I fill up as soon as the fuel light comes on.

you can cut the part of the mudflap that rubs as a start, its sort of right angled piece of plastic .

the only thing you can adjust on a ZD30 powered D22 is the spill valve im pretty sure so would likely be a waste of money. Dunno why people still want to buy chip it after all the bad wrap they keep getting.

sounds about right for a steinbauer, I'd be happy with that considering a stock one does like ~85HP

should be right, I saw this show on SBS where these guys had this GQ patrol in siberia and couldn't turn it off for 3 days or the diesel would freeze in the lines or something, it was that cold the cows had to have like wool jumpers over their udders so they didn't freeze off, gave new meaning...

what offset sunnies? around 20+ is the max you'd want to go.

also one series (automatics from 2008 onwards I think) had a DPF so be careful of that.

do you flog the clutch on every take off? my ZD30 I just rev to 1k then let it out and it just rolls off. I guess you could give the exedy a go, probably cheaper than oem, its just rare to hear of a D22 having clutch problems.

TJMNAV I think personally your asking your navara to do stuff its just simply not designed to do however.... You should maybe ring ultimate suspension and have a chat with them see if they can make you a custom leaf pack or something and valve some of their shocks to suit your load in the...

I'd just put the nissan one in again personally, its an awesome clutch as far as oem clutches go, nathan got like 300000km on his Dave got like 280000 on his, how old is your car? if its gone in just 1 year you probably need to learn how to use it properly more then anything.

have you considered just getting a 6x4 trailer with big tyres on it?

the D40 has gone back to a solid flywheel to, was around the end of 2012/start of 2013, nothing official but they definitely changed it.
