My stock torsion bars have been wound up approx 2/2.5 inches for over a 100,000 kays. On the same set of tyres during that whole time. Obviously they are wearing evenly. Tread depth the same inside and out. (Although getting low now). I dont think I'd blame that on winding my torsion bars up...

I got my TJM snorkel from a wrecker for $200 delivered and installed it my self without a template. Was not that hard.

I set it up in the garage earlier today to give it a chance to dry. I just got my son to go around it with a spray bottle wetting down all the stitching inside and out:big_smile:. Needless to say he's quite over it.

I dont know for sure but I would think it would recharge fine. At most it may take a bit longer for all your batteries to fully charge as opposed to now.

This is only a cheap camper so it probably the same quality. How did you go seasoning the canvas in Shonky? I put mine up and it has rained almost non stop on it. Its leaking from a number of spots at the stitching. From what Ive read it wont stop until it gets some sun.
