Hello guys I did the egr mod about a year now, and I am starting to see oil seeping through the flange where I did the blank off ( the side close to the top of the intake) is that normal? My net plan is to do the oil catch cam mod. Thanks, TM.

Just did an oil change. I can close my eyes and add that 6.7L. Its spot on for the ZD30 engine. Changed the oil yesterday and this morning before i started the engine the level was on the full mark on the dip stick.

What about the zd30 d22 engine how do you guys wash it? Thanks.

How does the injectors connected? Does it come out easy when the line is removed? Thanks.

Looking to replace the seals on hte injectors all four ZD30 engine. Any advise is greatly needed. What should i look out for? Has any one done it them self? Is the seals and injectors easy to get out? Thanks, Wish me luck!

Yep i blocked off the EGR. So is my mod complete or do i have to rearrange any lines? So what is the benefit of unpluging the swirl valve. Thanks.

Thanks, guys i am from TRINIDAD. What is the benefit of unpluging the swirl valve? I drove 100km highway driving after doing the mod. I have not seen much difference, if any it might be sounding a tad more nosiy. No rough shut down though.

Did the mod, i did not touch the butterfly and hoses. I will give it a run later, so far it is shutting down as normal when i stiop the van. I did not notice the time on the web site when i was posting ha. ha. Right now its 3pm where i live, Thanks.

So i am checking mine and it has two solenoids should i still do the butterfly mods? If i do it as it is will it cause rough shut off? Thanks.

What do you me stuff it up? I want to do this soon.... i have a buddy who did it and it shakes when it shuts off. If i do it just like the diagram in the first page will it shut off smooth? that is the butterfly mod right? Thanks.
