i have a 06 d40 , i was going to replace the fuel filter which has a mann wk 940/22 fuel filter who stocks these filters and how much are they, repco quoted me 70 for a ryco filter what other choices are there and which would be the best value

i have a d40 with nissan roof racks i never got the keys for them and i asked a couple of locksmiths but they couldnt help i rang nissan who said they couldnt get them even though i gave them the lock code number any ideas where i could get a key from ?
